"The room was clean and had a great view of Grant Park. Security was very good as Lollapalooza was going on across the street and they were making sure people had keycards before they could get on the elevator. Rain was predicted and I didn't want to wear a plastic poncho so I found out you can rent umbrellas at the front desk and will get your money back when they are returned. The snack shop downstairs was very good as well."
