“Amazing staff, few lovely ladies and very considerate with requests.”

“You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch.”

“Beautiful building, clean rooms with everything one needs. Good evening entertainment and a nice beach. We felt that the property is underutilized, the grand hotel lobby looks as though it ought to have a grand piano and serve afternoon tea - it is totally underutilized. Same goes for the outside lovely grounds. The outside bar does not open until 10.30 am and is closed in the evening. People would love to set outside, perhaps have a guitarist and enjoy cocktails and a view sad to see no-one……

“I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights”

“The room was clean, staff was always present and helpful. We didn’t eat breakfast but there is a restaurant on property where you can purchase food. It’s directly across the road from the beach.”

“me and my s/o booked here, we was there for a good hour when we went to go turn the shower on the water pressure was REALLY LOW. the sink was clogged and the room/hallway had a stanch to it.”

“Everything was amazing from my experience!!! My only complaint was arriving my room was giving away(even though I was bumped up). On leaving I was unable to get a late checkout”

“I first visited 3 years ago and had zero issues- wonderful time. I returned this year and there are major communication and as a result, service issues. Can definitely spend less going to an all inclusive and avoid some of the frustration elsewhere. While there were staff that were highlights and we generally had a nice time, I don’t think I’ll be back- which is a shame. But it distinctly had the feeling of really attempting to nickel and dime visitors which sucks.”

“The location, views and serenity are unmatched. The hotel sits on top of a hill overlooking the ocean and its gorgeous colors and a lush green landscape between the hotel and the water. The stay was lovely, a true boutique hotel.”
