"This was in frist time to Fort Walton Beach. It was awesome. This awesome place is perfect for a vacation you have everything you need in one place. The host is quick to respond to any questions. They was snacks left for my family to enjoy. You was meet at the door with wonderful clean smell. The is a wonderful place to stay i cant keep on about it. There so much wonderful things about this house. This wonderful home is also in a great location. The location was perfect for my family an the place we was intrested in going. This is a must do again next year"

"The Island is Amazing! My kids & I played back & forth in their 2 fantastic pools for hours every day, some days for 8 hours & it just flew by we had such a wonderful time! They have the very best beach chairs & large sturdy umbrellas & their beach is so clean & beautiful! We love walking in the water with buckets & watching the colorful treasures wash up as we dive to catch them before the ocean grabs them back (shells we bring home & make frames of for every beach trip we take: every year at The Island since I was in diapers & with my kids since they were in diapers!). We love the remodeling they've done; it’s truly added to the overall experience. The bar off the lobby is open & inviting & they have karaoke which the kids & I love. We do a different song each time & either make it soar or seriously bomb but we laugh & have fun with the other guests & new friends we've made. We love the movie nights in the warmed pool; we can float in the water & smell the ocean air while watching a family favorite- there's no better way to see a movie! We have a big family so we get rooms across from each other on poolside & oceanside which is best bc we love the view of the mountain & falls & the Gulf. We love The Island & it's a home away from home! We travel many places but The Island is always on the books each summer bc so many of our most cherished memories were made there!"

"The ladies at the front desk were professional and accommodating to our needs. Hotel is in a fantastic place in the middle of FWB….it was roomy, clean and located within walking distance to restaurants. Can’t go wrong staying here."

"We were greeted by a very friendly desk clerk, who took care of us quickly and efficiently. At first, the clerk was not aware that I had reserved two rooms, but then is became apparent that the rooms were under two different confirmation numbers. Not sure if that was an Expedia problem or if I did something wrong with the reservation. I'll just remember for the next trip. Otherwise, a super experience."
