“This hotel checked all the boxes for what we were hoping would be a fun weekend away as a family of four. We booked the king suite, which was a great setup with a pull-out couch in the main area. After checking in, we enjoyed the pool. Later that evening we noticed the room was quite warm so we turned down the thermostat. By the kids’ bedtime, it had become noticeably hotter, and we lowered it all the way to 15°C. Despite this, the room remained unbearably hot throughout the night. Our kids……

“房間偏細，只會隔日清潔執房，房間沒有水供應，要到公眾地方樓層取水或冰，位置較高，每次回程，需要不斷行斜路上山返回酒店。優點是房價較划算，大堂佈置精美，有兩杯飲品贈送。”

“Clean room but the heating/ventilation system was very loud throughout the night making it hard to sleep. Room was prepaid and they require a physical credit card to have on file for incidentals which I did not have...cannot use visa/MasterCard debit or cash. Had to take extra time to fill out an authorization form to charge a credit card that was in my google wallet. If you don't have a credit card you need to find someone you know that will allow you to put their card on file. Very……
