“We checked in very late, close to midnight due to our flight, and received a less than warm reception. But after that, everything was great. Breakfast was good and had enough variety. Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed more towels and shampoo. And everything was clean and comfortable. One thing, though. This hotel is uphill from everything downtown so, for me, it wasn’t as walkable as I expected. This area of Halifax is all hill. If you have mobility issues, you’ll want to stay……

“We had a great stay at Cameo Suites Halifax. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent, with easy access to downtown attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront.
