"The hotel is conveniently located close to the harbor and downtown Victoria, but was on a street that gave a quiet neighborhood feel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. We were able to purchase tickets to a local attraction at the front desk. The hotel offered a very good complementary breakfast. We were able to walk to many of the things we wanted in the downtown area."

"Helm's is exactly what we need. It's cozy next to a large park. It does not have the suffocating big hotel feel. The place has no carpet so it's easy to keep clean. We could open windows to enjoy Victoria fresh air. It's an easy walk to downtown. Wonderful staff. I would stay here again. "
