Love the clean room and friendly staff!

Great location

I stayed here to visit my child that attends the Art Institute and I was completely impressed. I will definitely stay here again.

This was the fourth time I’ve stayed here, and I’ll keep coming back. The location is very handy for families of Columbia College, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it’s priced well.

Excellent Customer Service

We chose this hotel last minute and we were nervous because there were a couple recent negative reviews. There were 4 of us in our family and couldn't find anything negative to say about the hotel. The only disappointing fact was that the rooftop bar was not open but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was very clean. It was okay but, I wish they specified the clearance level for the self parking if we would of have know ahead of time we would of brought our smaller car

Arlo Chicago is in the perfect location for walkable access to so many Chicago sights, excellent food (please try the Broken English Taco Pub around the corner!), bars, shopping, etc. It was also very conveniently located to access the L when we needed to get to other parts of the city! The staff was BEYOND accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and exceeded all comfort expectations! I also highly recommend the lobby bar for a great happy hour spot!!! Convenience store across street, lots of restaurants, Dunkin' donuts and coffee across street, boat architecture tour nearby, riverwalk nearby, several museums nearby and Grant Park with Cloud Gate walking distance.

Hotel is well appointed with beautiful rooms and an elegant, luxurious bathroom. The staff was helpful and the hotel is in the middle of the best shopping abd restaurants in Chicago! Wull definitely be my "go to" hotel in Chitown!

Relaxing

My husband and I loved this hotel!! It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do during our stay! It was super clean, smelled great and staff were super friendly. It was an overall great stay! I think the only 2 complaints I have is that there was no iron and no dryer that we could use. We planned to go to The rooftop lounge one night and after my husband's shirt being packed up in the bag after our flight, it was wrinkled and we could hardly get the wrinkles out with the little...

This hotel is in a great location. It's walkable to many restaurants and other fun things to do in the city. We went to a Cubs game and were able to walk 5 minutes to the red line, which drops you off right at Wrigley field. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're going to a game but also want to stay in the city! This hotel offers amenities that others do not anymore - free breakfast and a daily complimentary happy hour! The rooms and rest of the property is kept clean, as well....
