“Stay was perfect! Best room in the building and staff was amazing!!”

“员工很友善”

“Great place to stay. The staff was very responsive.”

“Disappointing Stay – Not What We Expected Our experience at this 3-bedroom unit was very disappointing and fell far below our expectations. The space was extremely cramped, to the point where it was practically impossible to place a suitcase on the floor comfortably. The beds were broken and uneven, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's rest. We also received no room service throughout our stay. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with a very limited supply of spoons, plates, pots, and……

“Good location in Little Havana. The bathroom is small. If you ever owned an RV or trailer it’s like that. Finagling yourself on the toilet and taking a shower are an interesting challenge. Plus the walls are thin and could hear the neighbors 5 am music being played - not ideal. But it’s clean & had a small kitchenette, which was nice.”

“The place is affordable for the size and experience. It has a working elevator.”

“The pull out sofa takes up the whole room… and in order to use the restroom The primary bedroom guests need to pass through the living room. Not possible if the pull out sofa is engaged. Bugs, our family left with 15 bug bites. Finding the unit is not as easy as the instructions as the doors are not clearly labeled and the keypad instructions did not match the lock and we were afraid we were at the wrong unit.”

“Great place, quiet, and clean. Parking was a plus!”

“the location”

“The room was in terrible condition. The wooden floor was broken and damaged, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to walk on. The bed sheets had holes, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. They changed the stay location which was not listed on the Expedia at the last minute. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. Definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again or recommend this house.”
