“My keypad didn’t work getting into my room and had to be remote in. There’s black mold on the floorboard by the shower. I paid an “amenity” fee which included my breakfast credit. When I went to the shop location, they told me they had no idea about a “credit” but a discount. The staff was very helpful and super responsive. But even with that, when I asked for my amenity fee to be reimbursed since I didn’t receive it, they had to check with their boss, I.e. I’m not getting that back. ”
