“Loved the room, pool, laundry area, breakfast, bistro, but housekeeping was poor. Came in on Friday, left on Monday. I was told housekeeping would come Sunday, I left around noon & checked with the front desk that housekeeping would come. She called them and said yes. Came back around 5:00 and nothing was done. Towels piled up, garbage etc…the 1st day also no body wash I had to ask for too. Finally sent a kid to pick up trash etc but forgot to leave any bags. Front desk informed numerous……

“It wasn't a bad room and staff was friendly. It was small but had most of the elements you expect except no closet and what felt like a children's toilet. Only major issue I had was the overwhelming Marijuana smell in the hallway everytime I went in and out of my room.”

“First time going to an Avid hotel and I would go again. I picked it because I saw all the good reviews involving cleanliness and it definitely was as described. Easy check in and very quiet. Safe location perfect for anyone looking for a good place to spend the night in.”

“Room was clean. had a bit of ware on the wall near the bathroom, but over all good. A/C blew nicely, my room had a balcony, Lobby and outside of the hotel seems to be well kept. Near lots of restaurants and shopping.”

“Can't judge this property. Tried to call before we left to mention late check in. Received the run around. Airline canceled our flight day of. We had to miss a wedding. Property on Expedia states if you have to cancel, first night is non refundable. Staying three nights and property would not give credit or refund remaining amount due to policy. Should not state partial refund if unwilling to follow what is on Expedia”

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”
