Perfect!
I have rented many Florida condos over the years and this was by far one of my favorites. Reserving the condo was a breeze. Communication after reserving and before check in was quick and easy. The condo itself was the perfect floor. 7th floor is not too low and not too high. Location to shopping and entertainment was great. The unit was beautifully decorated. Simple but elegant. Loved the shiplap accents. The beds were extremely comfortable. I took pictures of the brands of the blankets and pillows so that i could purchase them at home. The unit was huge. Plenty of space and very well stocked with everything needed. Loved my familys stay at this condo. Highly Recommended!

Wonderful place to stay
This condo is beautiful and it overlooks the white sandy beach. During our entire visit the water was emerald green and blue, so clear we could see the sandbar through the gentle waves. The condo was very clean and had the kitchen had all the cookware we needed to make meals. Also, the owner was helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again.

The condo was clean and stocked with all accessories that you would need. The owner was responsive and we didn't have any problems getting in the garage or room. The location was perfect as it was in walking distant to our favorite place, Pier Park!

Last-minute getaway
This condo was perfect, from the location to the layout and view. Being on the 7th floor was high enough for a great view of the ocean but not so high that the elevators were an issue. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. Robert was very responsive and accommodating even with our last-minute request for an extra parking pass so our friends who were staying in Laguna could join us on the beach. We will definitely be back!

LOVED this condo.
Although we visited on a busy Memorial Day weekend, we loved our stay at this lovely condo. Bob was very nice and accommodating on our last-minute stay. Easy walk to Pier Park for restaurants and shopping. The only downsides were the elevators can take a while during busy times, and the beach chair guy using a ranger every morning (and evening) for the beach chairs kinda ruins the peaceful mornings. Overall, this condo is very nice and you will not be disappointed.

Great Value and Great View
Very clean condo, great communication with the owner, and a great view of the sunset daily. If I had any complaints it would be how congested it is getting up to the room, but that is to be expected July 4th weekend, and also out of the control of the host. Overall the experience was great, and our family had an amazing week. I would strongly recommend this unit in Panama City. Great location, great family atmosphere, a gym, huge pool, and a great host. Hopefully we will make it back soon! The Howards

Everything at this condo was perfect! The owner was a just text away if we needed anything, but we didn’t have one issue our entire stay. The condo was clean and the location was perfect. We have an 8 and 5 year old and there were even beach toys provided to use! The condo was gorgeous and you cannot beat the view. The resort itself was very well maintained. There was a guard there at all times which was a plus. Already planning our next stay!

Condo was perfect
The condo was great. Just as described. Owner was responsive and friendly. My biggest complaint is the parking. It’s across the street with an attached breeze way. It took a while to get anywhere. It was a hike to the beach as well. The amenities at the condo were great. Just the big complex problems. I would recommend just be prepared for walking.

Easiest checking in you could ask for!! Condo was very clean and felt comfortable! The view is excellent!! No complaints at all! The owners communication is great and very responsive!! We have stayed down in Panama for the last 4 years for vacation and by far this was our best expierence!!

Bob was very quick to answer any questions I had about the condo. We had a great time staying for the week and it had everything we needed. The washer and dryer in the condo was a huge plus. Walking distance to Pier Park, great location.

Nicely Appointed Condo
This property is just as described - master bedroom is extremely spacious and comfortable. Perfect balcony for a wonderful beach view. Bring your own basics (trash bags, spices, shampoo, beach towels, etc..), although there is an ample supply of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Best location on Panama City Beach in my opinion!

Family beach time
We had a great time. The condo was clean and nice. The location can’t be beat, we Ubered in from the airport and didn’t need a vehicle the entire stay. Lots of beach toys and chairs in the condo!

Loved everything about our stay at Calypso Resort. The location is perfect. You can literally park your car in the parking garage and not need it till your headed home. Great restaurants, entertainment, shopping, all within a 5 to 10 minute easy walk, beautiful powder soft white sand beach right out the back door. We stayed on the 7th floor and would recommend that floor or higher, otherwise street noise and the very busy pool could be disturbing. Our 3 bedroom condo was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The owners supply beach chairs-umbrellas, board games, tv’s in all the bedrooms and a nicely stocked kitchen. Plan on staying in the same condo (#704) again and again.

Great Owners/Great Condo
My family stayed at this 7th floor condo for Spring Break 2019. It was perfect for sitting on the balcony and having great views of the pool, beach, and ocean. We had everything we needed at the condo and it was very clean when we arrived. Conveniently located across the street from Pier Park you can walk to several restaurants and shops. Calypso offers a parking garage with a walkway over the street leading to the condo which makes it easy and safe to get across the street. We had a wonderful stay and would rent this condo again.

Our condo was very nice and well kept. Had all we needed for our stay. The condo was close to Pier Park so we could walk to the Beach Ball drop for New Years. The Bradford's were very easy to communicate with. Had a couple of glitches which were addressed immediately. Which is important to a renter. I would recommend this condo and its owners anytime. Great location!
We has a great time on our Fall Break, despite the Red Tide settling in for a few days. The condo was clean and the owner was very easy to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the closet of chairs and boards was a plus. Having the chair service included was an added bonus. We had a great week and would rent again.

We enjoyed our stay. We had several days of rain and we wanted to watch tv so our only complaint is with the quality of the televisions and the many remotes. It would really help if there was instructions on how to get them to work. The picture quality on the living room tv was terrible.
