Pittman Center Castle Hotels

Great value, will return in the future.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms had a lot of room instead of the regular hotel rooms. Very clean and staff were very nice.

Beautiful resort-style property. Excellent service. Room was very clean and well-appointed. The breakfast and evening reception were great. We had lunch by the pool that was also fantastic. This will be our new go-to for Gatlinburg.

Beautiful hotel, very nice staff and clean. The only thing that I didn't like is the fact dining here, does not offer any vegan options. There are 97 million vegetarians and 1 million Vegans in the US alone not counting other countries. I am pretty sure I am not the only Vegan that has stayed at DreamMore, thus it is important to accommodate all of your guest.

Very clean and the outside was very maintained. Beautiful landscape and nice setup.

Most comfortable stay ever! Large very clean rooms with a great bed and pillows, large TV and other amenities. Almost better than home! Beautifully done new Hotel within walking distance of everything. Staff was the best!!

The room we got has an excellent Mountain View, overall it was a pleasant experience staying at the hotel.

Our stay was very interesting, to say the least. First, the hotel was very nice and the entire staff was very professional, pleasant, and went above and beyond. Second, but more importantly, I want to tell you that ‘Sandy’ was outstanding and very thoughtful. On Sunday, 06/22/25, during the evening hours, my husband experienced the onset of his first kidney stone, which led to an ambulance ride to a local hospital. Sandy was a tremendous help to me during this time by handling the logistics...

Loved the whole facility. Only thing I would like to see different is the breakfast menu changed up a little.

Wonderful property and friendly staff

We had a fantastic stay October 23rd to 27th. Centrally located but far enough away to be quieter. We were in building 4 so that probably helped. We did not take part in the free breakfast as it did tend to get crowded and we just wanted to head out anyway. The staff was SUPER friendly and the cleaning staff was unreal. If we go back we will stay here again.

Excellent time, will be booking again. Only complaint was the pillows on the bed!

Very nice stay. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Staff very professional and knowledgeable.

We stayed on 5th floor for 2 nights. Love the water creek sound. 2 King beds are comfy. good breakfast. they have two buildings. The 5 floor building is on the other size of river/ cross away from the river. if you want to stay close to the swimming pool and breakfast area/ front desk building, pick the queen size beds.

Very clean quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this motel

Location outside of Gatlinburg madness and convenient to Dollywood

The entire area was extremely well maintained and pleasant. Room was in excellent condition, clean, and comfortable. Also far enough out of downtown Gatlinburg to not feel crowded with a smaller pancake house and Food city nearby if you’re there with your family. We will definitely be back with the kids.

A good hotel.
