“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“Very good experience~all my family love it!”

“PROS: Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice sized tub Convenient location to everything! CONS: Bugs in the room. Musty smell in the room. The front desk didn't seem to think it was an issue. I had to buy Frebreze and sprayed the rug, sofa and curtains to get rid of the odor. I also bought scented pinecones to break up the stale odor in the room. Noises every night coming from inside the walls. I can only grant 3/5 stars due to the issues. Edit: Ive tried to post pictures of the bugs... but……

“喜欢地区，风景，方便。.......................................”

“小厨房非常方便，圣诞节期间餐厅都关门 还好我们在旁边超市买了食品可以自己做饭。餐具 洗碗机 冰箱 都很新很好用。淋浴房很新。去往各条徒步线路都很方便。”

“Our stay was brief and fine. The room is pricey for what it is, but the Sedona area is so expensive in general, and we booked last minute. The room was small, nicely decorated, and clean. Sheets were clean but so scratchy. I appreciated the 24 hour availability for check-in, it was my first time using a virtual concierge, but that was efficient. Parking was easy with included pass. Location was great and felt safe. Overall everything was fine for a quick stay.”
