The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.

The most amazing king size bed we’ve ever seen. 92” wide! Perfectly firm. Great views from 29 floor and up renovated rooms. Amazing shower bath and spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent and we enjoyed the lounge.

Overall, extremely clean! Hotel staff is very nice. Rooms are more spacious than other Tokyo hotels I’ve stayed at. They have a free water dispenser, and washer/dryer that you can pay to use at the hotel which makes doing laundry really convenient. Location is right next to Ebisu station, and there a Family Mart around for corner for quick drinks or snacks.

Very helpful staff, close to Shibuya Station, wonderful room amenities. It was hard to find at first because it’s on the third floor of the Sakura Tower. The staff mentioned that they’re working on improving signage and directions.

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. I’ll certainly stay here again,

Highly recommended. This was perfect for my partner and our two teenage girls - everyone had enough space to themselves when needed. Bathroom was spacious with two sinks. I didn’t see a washer/dryer listed in the features but we had one in our room which was very helpful. The location was great, close to the subway and lots of good little restaurants nearby. The 7-11 downstairs couldn’t be more convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

I stayed in the Owners suite for two nights and was really impressed with the property. Breakfast was lovely, and the overall vibe is hip and design forward. Spent a lot of time at the roof top pool. My one issue: the staff was helping to make some reservations during my stay. Somewhere didn’t have availability so I asked them to check for a few days later/ they told me they cannot help me with any bookings or recommendations beyond my check out date. While I understand the sentiment, I found...

Great amount of space for the 3 of us in a Tokyo hotel. Loved the area a step away from the crowds on a quiet local street with great bars and restaurants to choose from.

Amazing location in the Shibuya area and incredibly cool experience in Tokyo. Stay here if you care about good design, architecture, boutique hotels, coffee, culture, fashion, etc. It’s an excellent curation and reflection of what’s happening/up and coming in Shibuya. Loved the attention to details in the hotel design, friendly/beautiful staff, access to coffee/food options, and walkability to the heart of Shibuya in 5-10 mins. I’ve stayed at the Aman and Park Hyatt and while this hotel doesn’t...

The apt was amazing! Super clean, easy check in. Couldn’t have been any smoother. Loved the layout and plenty of space for a family. We originally had 5ppl which the apt would have accommodated easily but the other 2 ppl in our party decided to get their own place. For me and my 2 kids it was super amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re in doubt don’t be go ahead and book it.
