"When I checked in I could tell the staff was a little frantic. It was 3:00 and no rooms seemed ready. Brittany was helping me and she went above and beyond by going up the elevator to check the room herself. It was clean so she checked me in. Brittany is a great employee for you guys. The location is wonderful and the hotel is pretty cool the nice hotel bar wasn’t open, but I went to check it out. It’s nice ! Also when checking out, virgin was going to charge me $200 over what I booked on hotels.com. So I showed Chad my info and he changed the price for me. This was the proper thing to do. Chad is also an excellent employee. I would stay there again. "
