“Great service at the front desk. Thanks to Keisha and the Lady (server) from the breakfast time was also very helpful and they both went above and beyond to guarantee my stay was Great.! Thanks ladies for your support and assistance. If I’m back in Novi, anytime soon I’ll this will be my place to stay.! P.s. “The suite was very nice and clean. The cable was a bit glitchy but that’s nitpicking. I did have an issue with both my keys constantly demagnetizing though. Had to go to the front desk because I was locked out at least 11/12 times. But the lady at the front desk was very nice and apologetic. In fact all the staff was friendly, courteous and talkative. Will be returning next year. ”

“Pool was closed. Looked to have been closed for quite some time. Bed was ok. Room was cleaner than the rest of the hotel. Milk was sour at breakfast with no other drink option but coffee. The hallway smelled of marijuana but our room did not. Will not stay here again. ”

“I had an amazing stay here! I didn’t have much time to fully explore but everyone was super nice and food was great! Loved the style and aesthetic and the rooms were comfortable. My only complaint is my room could have been cleaner there was a stain in my bedding and things missing like coffee and smaller stuff. I’d definitely come back in the summer! ”

“아침식사는 일부 메뉴가 바뀌며 나와서 좋음. 가끔 쌀밥과 김이 제공되어 좋았음. 객실 깨끗함. 일부 시설 고장이 있어 개선요청하니 룸 체인지로 대응해주어 잘 해결됨. 주방 사용성이 좋아 장기 숙박에 유리함. 재방문의사 있음. 주변에 Target,Kroger,Meijer,Costco 인접하여 생활성 좋음. 주차공간 넓어 좋음. 작지만 Gym도 있어서 실내 런닝을 할 수 있음.”
