Troy Historic Village Tours

Despite having a reservation for months and a stated 3 pm check-in, when we arrived at the hotel after 5 pm, we were told the room would be ready in 10-20 minutes. We waited over two hours until the room was finally ready and were forced to miss the first 1.5 hours of the concert for which we traveled. The property is terribly maintained - dirty, unkempt, pool out of order, and no amenities. The room was relatively clean, but everything else about this property was a disaster. Poor ownership and poor management.

Positives are good location near downtown, very helpful staff, and secured parking .... But not really a 3 and half Star Hotel! Amenities (no coffee maker) and rooms are more of a 2 and half star at best.
