"This hotel was in the perfect location for the activities we had planned while in Las Cruces. The breakfast was just right. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained with a really nice shower. We had a nice stay."

"Amazing staff!!! Ryota was so helpful and kind. The rooms were so clean. Loved the hot tub and outdoor pool. We were there for BTS and Ryota cheered us on and chatted with us about it. Great hotel. "

"Parking was good but I wish they would separate rooms for people with pets. the room said no smoking but there yet it smelled so much like smoke. but other than that it was ok"

"Location is good - close to NMSU. Room was clean, but very dated and in need of repair (chipping paint, grim in bathroom caulk). WiFi was terrible and barely useable (1mbs). Most restaurants around the area were closed so nothing is really walking distance. Inside the lobby area is charming. Staff was nice. It was economical, but I probably wouldn’t stay again for work just due to wifi and location."

"We're still waiting to get credited for the room. We never stayed in. You put us in the first room with broken air-conditioning, so you moved us to the second room, that had a broken lock on the door, phone that did not work, Tv that did not work. And we were only in that room five minutes. We left went down to the desk, told the young lady we were leaving. She said she would note to give us a refund. We contacted Expedia to get a refund. Haven't heard anything yet. Oh yeah, not to mention your emergency exit was locked. This was ridiculous. We did not feel safe. There was only one door available to leave the property. If there was a fire on our side of the building, we would've not made it. Please refund my money."

"Breakfast was OK nothing special for a continental breakfast. Staff was really good. Very nice. People parking was great."
