"Last year, we stayed in Puerto Morelos and had a better experience with entertainment provided during the day. We missed out on catching the nightly presentation, so no opinion there. Food and service was hit and miss. The fried fish at the seafood option was awesome."

"I liked everything about the property. The Staff friendliness made us feel at home. Gerardo Martinez (Waiter) at the main buffet area went above and beyond the call of duty to help everybody. We were in room 22211 and never got the name of the lady in charge of our room. I talked to her for a bit. Nice and very polite. Their Staff is a real asset to their resort."
