"Even though this resort is supposed to be all-inclusive, there's so many things that you either have to wait in line for, or just aren't available. I'm talking about coffee, ice cream, towels, food...just not worth it. We stayed here once 9 years ago when it had a different name, but quality of service, amenities etc. just went down. We're never going back for sure!"

"The resort was beautiful - great beach views and the pools were fantastic. Staff was very helpful and very kind. We requested room cleaning daily and this was honored. Food was okay - breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices. Did notice staff on several occasions not using gloves to prep food in the buffet which was off putting. Restaurants were limited and didn’t take reservations so were first come, first serve. We did have to wait almost 2 hours to get into the seafood/steakhouse restaurant one night. Entertainment could have been better (as in nightly shows) - have stayed at other resorts with better entertainment options in evening. "

Waking up to lush greenery and wildlife all around made the experience so unique and unforgettable. Monkeys visited our balcony every day and it was AMAZING! 😍 The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, always warm, welcoming, and attentive. Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We had such an incredible vacation and are already dreaming about coming back. This place is pure magic! We will definitely be returning! "
