I wanted to give a shout out to Carlos Quintal in the Grill restaurant. Carlos Quintal truly defined what customer service is all about. He was so attentive to our needs and also a true gentleman. Carlos, along with a great resort, is the reason we plan on returning. A+”

“JOIA Paraiso is the nicest resort we've been to. Staff was amazing. A friendly "good morning" with a smile from everyone. Facility was impressive to say the least. Entertainment crew were great and had a lot of fun playing volleyball and other games. Food was very good, would have loved to try more dishes. We have nothing bad to say. Resort is a short drive to Excaret.”

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
