“Check in was slow. Only one attendant and people waited 15 to 20 minutes to check in. There was only one other person in front of me and and it took 15 minutes. Later I saw the check in line out the door of the lobby. Seemed an additional employee would have been a solution if possible. Pool was next door and that was a surprise as the weather was still cool. Room was adequate.”

“The hot tube was broken and the pool was freezing. There were brown spots and holes on all cielings (our room and pool), the bathroom door was rough looking. Hairs were in our beds.
