“Staff is top notch, greeting, carrying our bags to our room, offering fruit infused water, being kind and professional! We noticed we didn’t have washcloths and they were up to our room on the 14th floor within 5 minutes. City views were nice but the best part was the short 2 minute walk to the arena to catch a game! Will be staying here again. Only downfall is the overnight parking is steep at $65 ”

“As usual the room was perfect for my needs. But as I look at future dates it seems that Cortyard is either no longer working with Hotels.com or they are planning much more luxurious amenities since the one night stay is over $700 . June. Won’t be staying here anymore if these prices are sccurate. ”

“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that……
