“If you like antique hotels this is definitely a great pick! Facing away from city centre towards the river, this hotel is a nice getaway on its own. The room was spacious and large and the bed was comfortable. The furniture, bathtub, and other decorative elements provide a glimpse into colonial styling. The restaurant and wine bar downstairs were exceptional in particular the large selection by the glass or bottle. ”

“Booked a suite for a short family vacation. Everything looked fine at first, but then by late night, it became clear that our stay will be ruined. The hotel is located on a very busy street with a bus stop right under the windows. We were surprised to find out that there are big gaps running around the windows which allow for most of the outside noise to penetrate the suite. We could hear the voices on the street, the announcements on the buses, clanking of a metallic plate down the road, -……

“Our group of three booked a two beds room at the hotel, but the hotel gave us a room with a king bed. At check-in, the front desk staff did not inform us of the error, so we had to go back downstairs with our luggage to find out why. The front desk staff told us that there were no twin rooms available (we had already paid in full when we made the reservation and don't understand why a room wasn't reserved). “We enjoyed our stay. Place is clean and modern. The staff were great. The microwave went out and they were helpful offering a new room. I passed on the offer since we were exhausted from our travels. The next day another staff member let me know they were replacing the microwave. Amazing service! ”
