“Great find, a little pricy but we enjoyed our stay. No real food to speak of except breakfast and lunch at Midway Café. But Midway café was excellent and there’s also a great coffee truck we didn’t try the food truck so maybe that is fine but I don’t know if we didn’t try it! But other than that, you’ve got to drive or take an Uber to Papa Joe’s, which was excellent and you can walk to square grouper, we’d loved both!”

“The room was amazing. The view and back patio from the room is stunning - and you can walk right out to the beach! The room was clean and had high ceilings and was very well thought out. The bar closes at 10:45pm, so be prepared for that. ”

“The villa was perfect for our mini vacation! After staying in hotels the week before, it was so nice to come home to a place to sit (living room) and eat (dining room). My boyfriend loved the coffee! The bed was so comfortable and we loved the balcony where we watched the sunset every night. We will definitely be back on our next trip! ”

“The hotel is amazing—everything is conveniently close, including the restaurants, pool, and beach. The staff is very friendly, and accessibility was great with easy ramp access. However, I’m very disappointed with Expedia. When I booked, I selected the “pay at property” option, but I was charged in advance. In addition, my reservation was for a room with 2 beds for 4 guests, yet I was charged an extra fee. Expedia says this comes from the hotel, which I understand but the issue is that……

“What a wonderful venue for our last 2 nights in the Keys. This place is a hidden gem. The entire staff, especially Edith, the bartender, were fantastic.”

“This place is clean. Staff was great. Close to the water but not really a beach you can get to. More like for tanning. The pool is saltwater and was nice and warm. A bar would have been a nice plus. I would stay again. ”

“Breakfast menu is the same daily but covers all the basics and there some, and you can have it between 8 and 10:30 am which is nice. The rooms and a/c are clean, nice and everything works including a keurick coffee machine. The staff is super professional and great to interact with and they went out of their way to bring my autistic son (25 y/o) back to the cottage when he went out (THANK YOU VERY MUCH). I recommend this place 100%”

“The place over charges this is not a resort it’s more like a motel I payed over $1200 for two nights and I feel this place shouldn’t charge more than $250 a night. Also be aware there was a resort fee the kayaks weren’t working and the office was always closed. Will not be going back.”

“They hit you with a $65 per day resort fee…. Not the end of the world but not a good surprise after you leave.”
