"Had a fantastic stay in Rockaway, the place was small but more than enough for myself and my pup. View was amazing and enjoyed my evenings most with the windows open listing to the waves. Place was spotless and had obviously been recently refreshed/cleaned. Bed was comfortable, and I actually spent most of my time on the pull out bed in the main room because I loved the open feeling of the living room. All in all was a great time."

"Great location for walking anywhere . There was room to park with the boat on the street. Pretty new building with great appliances and a washer/ dryer was a life saver on the rainy days. At the time of stay they only had a hide a bed for couples to sleep together… and everyone knows how hide a beds are. We will stay again!!"

"My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay here. I really enjoyed the location of the place. It was super clean and cozy. I was not let down! There are a lot of local restaurants nearby, and so is the jetty. I will definitely be looking forward to a future stay. One thing I didn't enjoy is the lack of parking and it's enforcing. The advertisement states 1 parking spot, but when we showed up there were none. I parked next door to get things sorted out and the neighbors started cussing us out and...

"Very easy access with instructions, lots of communication with hosts. Room comfortable as seen on site. Close to beach. Some temporary restricted access to beaches. We stopped at "Pronto Pup" restaurant to try their famous corn dogs. Very good corn dogs, had the all beef dog and the zucchini corn dog. Both were great. Also cheched out the local shops and made some great finds. I would go again in the future."

"The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources."

The kitchen is well equipped with serving dishes, baking and cooking utensils, pots & pans. We enjoyed meals at the large table and played games in the evenings. We also used the game room on the bottom floor, which was fun. The views are lovely and terrific sunsets. The only negatives are that the beds were a bit hard for our liking and there was not adequate lighting in the kitchen...
