“The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.”

“The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was very conveniently located in Philly which allowed me to travel by foot to most destinations. The restaurant had a good selection. Bar was open till midnight so kate night drinks were also a plus”

“Construction was annoying. But the room and my stay were enjoyable.”

“The room was very clean except for the one rug in the living area. It needed to be cleaned or replaced. There is no parking and ability to load or unload a car is limited. Location is excellent and the suite is well equipped. It is very nice that there are extra supplies available on the main floor. The staff was quick to respond to any questions. I did call ahead to ask that our room be close to other family members and was told that would happen but when we checked in we were assigned……
