“Todo estaba limpio, estaban en mejorias y en arreglos de algunas areas, el staff amable y atentos. El desayuno continental no fue de nuestras expectativas, esperabamos algo más, como la proteína, había pan, cereales (cornflakes), avena y manzanas. El área de la piscina estubo limpia y espaciosa. En el área de niños, el joven que nos atendió muy servicial, comunicativo y atento. “When we arrived, there was almost no water anywhere in the city of San Juan due to a large breakage in the pipeline. Certainly not the hotel’s fault. They trucked in water when they could get it to fill their cistern and provided free 16 ounce water bottles whenever we asked for them free of charge. Room service was hit or miss, sometimes OK sometimes not. We were there for five nights. Staff tried to be helpful. AC worked great. We didn’t try the hot tub. They said they will refund us half……
