I've always wanted to do a staycation at the Kingsley (IDKW) so once it came up during my search I decided to book even though it's not close to me at all. I wasn't disappointed. “We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed”

“The best thing about this stay was the front desk person Ameer! He was amazing! The property was disgusting and the room was not clean. We had stains everywhere on the lounge chair, the comforter wasn't clean, the bathroom had mold and there was a dirty towel that Ameer came to get out of my room because the housekeeping was so in a rush to leave for the holiday they half cleaned the rooms.
