“There was a smell in my room like the room had been flooded out and the air unit really didn’t do any help. It was hot and my husband had the unit on 64 and it still wasn’t cooling out the room…. The pictures online did not fit the physical usual of what you’re getting. The pool was showing open glistening with blue clear water. When we got there the pool was not open and the water was light green. I will never stay in this hotel again. But I recommend you go for your own experience. It just……

“The Hampton Inn deserves five stars for its cleanliness, comfortable room, quiet atmosphere, and friendly staff. However the quality of the breakfast lagged way behind everything else. The eggs were made from a substance not found in nature, the French toast was tough, and the pastry tasted like something from a vending machine. The cereal is probably fine. I will possibly stay here again since most everything was good, but I’ll just have to accept going elsewhere for breakfast.”

“The room was musty to begin with upon opening the door to the room. The furnishings were sticky, as well as the carpet! No vent in the room to escape the moisture, and the thermostat didnt work so the room depended on just the outdated ac unit. Because it was late at night the wife and I accepted the crappy room and we decided to sleep it off for the night. As we woke up the next morning, we both had multiple bites on our "unmentionable" body parts... come to find out from our doctor; it was……

I called hotels.com for help They were of absolutely no help. I had to find another place to stay in Carrollton for my three days there.”
