“Excellent! The staff was very attentive and helpful, the room was very nice and comfortable.”

“My room has NOT been cleaned since I got here a week ago. Same towels, same sheets. I now take out my own trash. The yoghurt dispenser does not work, spits out droplets only. The elevator is broken most of the time. I got two dog ticks on me in the first 2 days!! Right now I have to endure a yapping dog apparently left alone in his room. I've left previous complaints through this "survey", received feedback and set up time to receive a call - but that call did not happen.”

“I love Fairfield layout. The room is very comfortable, two televisions helped a lot with our grandson around. Breakfast is excellent and the staff were very professional and friendly. My only complaint is that the internet was out for a whole day.”

“i the property has a pay breakfast. i ordered a bagel that was just terrible. $8 and it was below a frozen walmart bagel. they should be ashamed”
