“Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update.
The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there.
However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. If the hotel could invest in some modern upgrades, it would be a 10/10 experience!

“Our room was huge and had a comforatble bed. It looked recently renovated and was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a rainy cold day so I asked for an extra blanket. “I LOVED this place. Overall, I didn't fall in love with Martha's Vineyard, but I LOVED, LOVED LOVED this hotel. The spa was incredible, the pool was amazing, the room was comfortable...they had everything I could want. But the STAFF really made the experience over the top. I loved interacting with them. “This hotel was a nightmare, we had room 147 and the door hinge is not screwed in properly so the door was creaking every 30 seconds all night, there were stains on the pillows and sheets, all the walls were scraped and scratched like a horror movie. None of the ice machines worked, no breakfast, and when I went to get coffee this morning the trash from yesterday was just sitting on the table next to the machine and cups. We were grossed out.
