“We have stayed several times at Seascape Resort but have never stayed in such a beautiful location with such an incredible view and sounds of the ocean. The unit was very clean and well stocked but the fireplace wasn't working and the whole resort is going through an upgrade which closed the path down to the beach and the main swimming pool and jacuzzi and we were not notified of another possibility for 24 hours. I understand these are not the Property Managers fault but it did lead to less……

“Comfortable, cozy, and exactly what our family of 3 needed for a relaxing getaway! The house was very clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed — especially a fully stocked kitchen and super comfortable beds.We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor space and beautiful river views. The neighborhood was perfect for peaceful evening walks after dinner, which quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. There’s also a great fire pit and BBQ area that looked wonderful for anyone……

“Excellent location in the heart of Capitola with steps to the Esplanade and beach. Easy check-in with a code to enter the apartment. Very spacious with a large kitchen/living room area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Safe location for me and my 5 granddaughters. We enjoyed the beach, restaurants, live music in the evening and even walked to Santa Cruz and back for breakfast at the Crow’s Nest. Parking was a little challenging. Make sure to use the pass to park in designated areas as it is not……

“Absolutely a perfect location! On first impression was pleasantly surprised how much space we had. The views were wonderful- harbor and beach waves! Has basic kitchen items, but we made it work. The location is absolutely perfect. We stayed over a week and it would be perfect if there was washer/dryer on site. Initial issue re:bbq, but that was resolved and the handy man/helper was absolutely wonderful, totally about our comfort and needs! What a jewel! Would love to enjoy again.”

“Easy street parking, great communication with host, easy check-in and everything accurately advertised. The bed was wonderful and the back patio was perfect for some afternoon reading and lounging. We ended up walking to and eating at our favorite Santa Cruz restaurant. Great location. Great stay.”
