“The location was beautiful and the outdoor space from this property was great, but the house , mainly the kitchen was rough and not very clean. I have been staying at Pajaro dunes for over 40 years and it is difficult to find a house that has been updated and is very clean. I will continue to use VEBO in my search for next year.”

“I've never written a bad review before, and wouldn't be doing so here if the hosts had ever responded to my inquiries to them about the issue with the house: mice. First the good: the house is great in a great location. The redwoods are beautiful - 100 foot redwoods all around the house. BBQ worked great. Nice areas to sit inside and out. The property is very cool with some faded grandeur aspects (like the in-ground bar that was built next to the pool - really cool still, probably……

“Wonderful property with lovely back patio opening to the river. Unusual with 2 parking spaces. Great bathroom and kitchen. Only thing that was difficult was the noise during the day from remodeling next door. However workers were considerate starting at 8 am and stopping about 3pm weekdays and no work on weekends.”

“we had an excellent time at this beach house I was celebrating my 66th birthday with friends all good some suggestions to improve would be a new BBQ grill is needed (salt air) the master bathroom ceiling needs repainting the refrigerator left door needs slat that slides in frig is broken. Nothing major we got to wake up to the ocean everyday and went to sleep listening to the waves ”
