“Great place to stay! Service amenities clean! No tv is fine but WiFi is a necessity! That would have been nice to call home or stream internet!”

“The listing lists the bathroom as part of the space, but it is shared. It also does not share that while there is no air conditioning (which fine, that is common in the mountains) there is also no fan or operable windows in the room. My room was 80 degrees when I arrived at 1 AM and there was nothing to be done about it. The hallway is also on an occupancy sensor that turns the hallway lights on and off all night, which shine into the rooms through windows above the doors. ”

“Classic old mining town stay. The bar below is a staple in Rico and the accommodation transports you to those mining times, with wonderfully updated amenities. This is the second time we have stayed here, both times were easy, magical and comfortable. Cant wait to return! ”

“This was the perfect place to stay for a peaceful vacation! Everything was very clean when we arrived and we had no issues during the our stay. I was very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. The river is steps away and with the windows open you can hear the water rushing by. The exterior may look rustic but don’t let it fool ya. Everything is updated, it even had heated flooring in the bathroom.”

“Awesome lil house lots of life was lived here and it made me feel right at home. The dining area is large and help when we had the whole family there for the reunion. Amazing sun sets from the back deck watching the deer run thru the huge field behind the house. Great location super close to town as well as the high way made it super easy to go to Moab for fun and back to the local recreation pool in town kids absolutely love it. It has a great wrap around drive way that goes right up the the……

“Very quiet and peacceful”

“Clean, comfortable and quiet. Wonderful views of the mountains. Responsive communication from host and seamless check-in. ”

“This tiny house was situated on a cattle ranch. In the evenings we would hang out with the cows and enjoy the view of the nearby mountains. It was incredibly peaceful! Our dog loved the stay as well. The house had everything we needed. We used the grill one night which was a great option and we were close to Mesa Verde National Park.”
