"Overall a clean hotel with well maintained facilities. Easy kick check—in system. Rooms are sparse but well designed. Downsides are 1) no sound proofing in rooms. We could literally hear full conversations of guests in the next room speaking at normal volume. 2) common area for guests with water and coffee not maintained. Water was empty both times I stopped by. 3) there is no where in the entire food ecosystem at the Public to get a cocktail until 5pm. 4) bathrooms in the rooms offer no privacy. Kind of a tinted or frosted glass that you can see through. Weird. Despite upsides, would not stay here again. "

"Absolutely loved my stay! The room was clean and cozy. I especially appreciated the kitchenette, it made my stay so much more convenient. The location was perfect too, with everything within walking distance, which made exploring so easy. I’d happily book this room again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, pleasant stay."

"A very decent place to stay in Lower Manhattan, New York! The hotel and rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are polite, friendly, and very considerate, which made the stay even more pleasant. The bar is a highlight—it features a patio with a great variety of drinks and cocktails, including some delicious signature options. The view from there is stunning, overlooking the World Trade Center and the Lower Manhattan skyline. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the World Trade Center, the 9/11 Museum, and Wall Street. It’s also conveniently close to subway lines, making it easy to get to Midtown and other parts of the city. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are very clean, comfortable, and offer a great view. Overall, a great choice for staying in Lower Manhattan"
