“Nice”

“There was trash left in our room, I went back down to the desk and ask the night worker was he sure our room was clean, he said where the beds made, to which I replied yes. Then he said we have new people working. So that’s probably why. There was only one washcloth and only 2 towels in the bathroom. I had to go back down and ask for more towels and washcloths, also. WE WILL NOT be staying there again!!”

“Nice hotel. Very new”

“Oliver’s rooftop was horrible. Waitress took our drink order and never came back. 30 minutes later my husband went to the bar to get drink, only then did they bring what we ordered originally. Manager came to see how everything was. Told her the waitress never took our food order. Another 10 minutes later waitress comes back takes our order. Once our food came, my husband cut into his steak and it was raw. He ordered medium and they only seared it. So after over an hour of us got get our own……

“Bathroom was dirty at check in, soiled carpets, stained wallpaper, needs paint in room, wallpaper peeled in bathroom, reception was condescending and discourteous”

“The jacuzzi tub couldn’t be used because it took too long to fill up the tub due to low water pressure. There are no usb plugs and the outlets on the lights will not allow most cubes for usb charging. Tv had a grey bar thru it indicating old tv.”
