Die Räumlichkeit die wie für zwei Nächte hatten entsprach unserer Meinung keinem 4 Sterne Hotel. Es war wohl mal eine Garage gewesen. Das ist aber nicht der Punkt. Unser Toilettendeckel bzw. der Sitz war komplett locker. Nach Meldung bei der Rezeption hieß es, in 2 Stunden kommt jemand, dann doch nicht erst morgen und dann garnicht. “We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and kind. The breakfast was a great spread including homemade pesto. We were staying for a concert and the next morning they were playing the band’s music at breakfast which we thought was a sweet touch. Very well located for train travel too. Would definitely at here again.”

Clean, well maintained, beautifully appointed, everything is modern and works as expected! The location is ideal to explore Pistoia. The train is a very easy 12 minute walk. There is a breakfast available for 12 euro. Well worth it! My wife is a 4 shots of espresso girl over ice. They didn’t flinch and……

“Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Küche wird mit den anderen Zimmern geteilt und war ebenso sauber, aber auch nicht zu üppig ausgestattet. Alles läuft über den Chat, Personal habe ich kein einziges Mal gesehen, was aber kein Problem war, da der Rest reibungslos geklappt hat.”
