“Decent and clean place to stay.”

“Clean room,big size,comfortable beds,clean pool and hot tub,and surprised by a good bkfast. Enjoyed very much. The place and bathrooms with public access were kept very cleaned, I was impressed. I do a lot of traveling and I would stay here again. Good job by house keepers and also the girl in charge of bkfast from giligans island.”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly! He proved to be very helpful with other items throughout our stay, including helping us to switch to a new room when our air conditioning wasn't working. The hotel is certainly outdated and could use a good deep clean and updating. The view was gorgeous overlooking the river! All in all, it got us close enough to the concert (Country Thunder) without the overpriced price tag, which is what we wanted and knew we were getting.”

“We got to hotel at 3:05 pm and had to wait for some to show up (a sign was up stating "out for 15 minutes".)a reception person came at 3:30pm. A kinda weird start. I left a tee shirt in the top drawer of a dresser and when I called back 5 hours after checking out they said they would look but they stated no one found a tee shirt. This seems strange since no one would want the shirt, so I suspect they did not really look for it. My bad for leaving it, just sad to lose a tee shirt which was a……

“Place was awful. Couldn’t even use the shower. I explained this to the staff. They told me pretty much to go to hell our room was gross. There were burn holes in my sheets. Yeah disgusting.”

“I have not found anything that would rate as a complaint. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff answered questions about the area, local restaurants and attractions. They really provide a wonderful customer experience and customer service.”
