The room, balcony and view was spectacular. If you are thinking of going here, stop thinking, just book it, and definitely upgrade to the Gold experience, it’s worth it. “This was our 5th trip to Big Island and our favorite accommodations by far. Fairways is a perfect little gated complex with a great layout in a location close to the grocery store, golf course and Fairmont. Our 9-year old enjoyed exploring around the complex in a pack with other kids, checking out all the plants and wildlife (including a flock of wild turkeys!!). “This place was amazing! So clean and SO creative. Lots of cute frog-themed touches. They definitely put heart in to developing this oasis. Definitely arrive in the afternoon if possible so you can enjoy the property. The waterfalls and creeks are gorgeous! Be sure to eat before you arrive or bring food, as nearby options are limited.
