“Front desk man was the most melancholy person I have ever experienced at a hotel. Not helpful or even engaging. Every time we walked by he was on his phone and looked like he hated life. Our room was directly above the entrance to the hotel, so we heard the door slamming constantly. I mentioned it to said front desk man the morning we checked out, to which he replied, “Oh really?” Not an apology or how can we make this better. You literally have to be deaf to not know that door is slamming and……

“As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many……

“TV did not work, no secure outside doors with night access for everyone, downstairs units noisy with kids and jumping from upstairs units, amenities? What is that? Quite run down so price reflects that.”

“The hotel lobby was closed when we arrived about 6pm....we had to call and get a door code for our room...only 2 towels for a 4 person room.... dried blood spot on a comforter....outlets were dirty...could hear the people in the room next door talk very clearly (no insulation or sound proofing)....sheets didn't match....no stopper for the tub to take a bath....heat/AC wouldn't keep consistent temperature. All in all in was very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there again on……
