“Great place to stay”

“This hotel was exceptionally clean and very noticeable from entry through the front door. The rooms were very clean as well and I love the kitchenette in the rooms. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The grounds was very well kept too. Everything was so clean and that is excellent for me. I usually do not sleep on hotel sheets but I felt comfortable sleeping on those sheets. I must say that I did not like the breakfast. Some scrambled eggs would have been great and it was very……

“The room was comfortable. It was clean. The old beat up chair took away from the updates that have been made. Although the balcony was nice, the loud and hot air conditioning unit took away from the ambiance. Breakfast was sooo fresh and tasty! The staff was very kind, responsive, and knowledgeable.”

“We spent our anniversary here and enjoyed every minute of it. As soon as you step in the front door you feel as if you've stepped back in time. So if you enjoy old time feel then this is the place for you. Steeped in history you feel as if you are walking the halls of yesterday because you are walking the halls of yesterday. “It was so clean, beautiful setting and quiet. Clear instructions and very useful amenities. A lot of space for the price.”

“Did not like we had to check in at a different hotel location....and return keys there when checking out. I think there were other options at check out. Parking was tight. Only 2 spots left when we returned after 9:30pm. Very close to all the bakeries via car. Walking distance to most of downtown shops. Great Pretzel place across street.”

“Fantastic 4 night stay. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Just what we needed. The hot tub was our favorite even though it was chilly out, we made good use of it, the local shops are great. Found some cool stuff to take back home, wild life is amazing to watch. We saw an owl, a hawk catch a fish out the pond, black squirrels, and a cardinal that visited us numerous times a day. We will be back! ”
