"Love this hotel for the friendly staff, the included breakfast, the convenience to the beach and the huge rooms! We stay every 6 months and have always had an amazing vacation. The staff go out of their way to ensure we are taken care of and happy and truly appreciate our repeat business. Rooms are very large (specialty rooms) and always very clean. This hotel is walking distance to most anything you need, or a bus/trolley ride away."

"Nice pool, good location near everything; beach is a slight walk but nothing major. Very helpful staff and right near an awesome bakery."

"Our room was in the recently renovated Rainbow Tower and it was very nice. The extra touch’s, like the hooks for hanging every day items, the long dresser with Lots of storage, and the extra shelves above the fridge were very helpful for a long stay. Housekeeping was very friendly and thorough. It was a VERY busy hotel. And For as much as we were paying for valet…the guys were not very kind. One of them swore at my husband when he drove up to pick me up in the driveway…but there is chaos and no clear area to pick up passengers without doing valet parking. It doesn’t exist. We tried to utilize the side for taxis and got yelled at as well. If it’s going to be so strict, there needs to be clarity on where people can drive cars up to load/unload, etc. "

"Most TV channels do not work. So little one will need other forms of entertainment unless news and weather is favored. Pool, games and amenities are a separate additional fee."
