“The host was very accommodating and helpful. The space is attached to their home but never once did they make it awkward. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s a great space for a couples quiet getaway.The only thing that would have made things more comfortable would be more pillows. In all, it was a nice stay. “Property worked great for my friend and I. Great, central location in safe neighborhood. We'll stocked with what we needed for a few days. It's very small, so I wouldn't recommend for kids, but perfect for adults. The pull out couch wasn't very comfortable, so we ended up sharing the bed. “Unit not very clean.. windows very dirty and deck and table covered with bugs, bird poop and spider webs. Dog poop at base of stairs.. very utilitarian unit. Bed comfortable but everything else very dated. Communication with host was good and prompt. I did not communicate disappointment at time of check in but we did leave early. Refund for early check out not granted.”

“Beautifully furnished immaculate home with easy beach access. Centrally located near stores and restaurants. Loved the decks and deck furniture - fun evening on the deck feeling like we were “ in the trees.” A lot of love went into this place. Lots of nice “extras”: a keurig with coffee pods, tea bags and tea kettle, books and games , beach towels to name a few. Although there is no beach view, you still feel like you are on the beach. Highly recommended!”
