“Had to switch rooms due to uncleanliness, second room shower door wasn’t easily closed so water went everywhere, yard poorly up kept , bar in restaurant not open.”

“I booked this property thru Expedia-DO NOT DO THIS!!! I got to the property and did not have a room which I had already paid for in advance!!! To change the reservation I was charged a LARGE fee and Expedia had false advertising free change/cancellation! They do allow the change but claim TRU charges a fee of so basically my 2 night stay changed to 1 night for same price as 2 nights! It was a legit nightmare. Then I get there and they don't have me down for a room and are sold out. So I……

“Friendly staff, very clean facilities, immensities were great, good value, we will be back ”

“Staff was friendly and property was clean. Only issue is website said free breakfast which they no longer do so that was disappointing. And they have a small game too but no hours were posted when we went togo down there it was closed”

“We called before arriving to let the staff know that we were going to arrive by 10:30 pm as we were going straight to our event. The lady who answered the phone said that they were sold out and cannot warantee that we will have a room upon our arrival. We had prepaid the room. So, we had to go to the hotel and checked in so we were not going to loose the room. We travel often and that never happened to us.”

“Breakfast was good. Lots of opens. Pool and hot tub were nice but fluctuating temperatures. Screws were falling out of our doors. The bathroom was not cleaned nor were the windows. The carpet was coming up. Our room smelled like it was previously smoked in and not cleaned right. The AC and heat vent smelled very weird and gross when turned on. Staff was very nice and attentive. ”
