"I was really disappointed with my stay at Harrah’s Casino. The room was not clean, which immediately made the experience uncomfortable. There were visible holes in the bathroom wall, and the cabinet door was broken, making the room feel poorly maintained. For a place with this reputation, I expected much better upkeep and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the overall quality for future guests."

"The room was very dusty. The ice machines were broken. There was a mysterious stain on our carpet and the tub and sink drain were really slow to drain. The pillows were so hard like sleeping on rocks. There was no hair dryer, or coffee maker in the room. Pool was out of order as well. Staff did not offer any locations of gym or sauna or pool. We went wondering and found things. Also, no real restaurant in the casino to eat. "
