“Very clean and staff was friendly”

“It was explained at check-in the wi-fi was out & a cancelation was offered. Kept room but wish it was explained further that no wi-fi also meant no tv. The staff gifted two snacks per person from gift shop for inconvenience. Had to use mobile hot spot and drain my cell phone to allow devices to work. Our bathroom floor was dirty, bits of unknown items on the floor. The pool water looked dirty but it ended up being the liner not pool water that was dirty. Pool was truly great and very deep! The……

“We stayed here after seeing Hilary Duff at Pine Knob Music Theatre and had a fantastic experience. The room was super clean, spacious, and very comfortable to relax in after the show. Having a full kitchen setup in the room was a huge plus for late-night snacks and morning coffee. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!”
