“The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated! “AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the……

“Awesome. Clean. Pool area was a HUGE Bonus. Paul at the front desk, Emiliano behind the bar, Trish who kept our room clean were all amazing. I never thought I’d want to stay so far in the east end but with easy parking it was a super convenient to do whatever we wanted to do. Plus there is a shuttle which we didn’t even need. Kids loved the pool, giant sized chess and connect four, the ping pong table etc.”
