"This is our second year coming to this location. We really enjoyed these cabins compared to the larger cabins because we all were in one area and was easier to communicate and reconnect. Went when it was extremely hot and had a heat advisory, but the AC worked fine and had the pool pretty much to ourselves. Have no issue ever with these locations."

"Clean, quiet, and a very nice place for a dog (leashed in our case). I loved the fact that it was difficult to hear highway sounds, music being played, or noisy people....we heard and saw deer, beavers, a couple of grebes and some geese. We also heard coyotes and owls when we sat outside by the table fire.The weather was colder that we would have liked, but house was nice and cozy.We are seriously considering returning during warmer weather to enjoy the ponds more between kayaking and fishing...

"First night, I was unable to enter my room. The front desk "re-programmed" keys and that did not work. Went back down to the front desk and was given new keys, they did not work. Back & forth to the front desk 3 times, locked out with my belongings inside. Included my CPAP. Forced to sleep in another room without my CPAP to have maintenance come in the morning to get into the original room for my belongings. The room booked was one with a king sized bed. New room appeared to have two full sized beds. Not a desired downgrade. Was told that I would be notified when they were able to enter the original room. Next morning after a dreadful nonsleep without my CPAP, called down to the front desk finding no attempt to enter the room had been made & that they would "Get on that now". Eventually I was notified that they were able to enter the room and retrieve my belongings. The remainder of the stay was spent in this second room with smaller beds.That same morning that I retrieved my belongings, I notified the front desk that there was a brown stain on the comforter (hopefully coffee) and the shower did not drain properly; all showers taken in standing water. Comfortor remained same with bad drain. It kept getting worse from there. I will save it for the email that will go to expedia to attempt to obtain a refund. "

"Our stay at the Hyatt was exceptional, we brought our grandchildren to swim in the pool on their spring break. The pool was very clean and the kids had a great time swimming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!"
