“Perfect location. The property is convenient to shopping, restaurants, UVA campus, etc. The property is very comfortable, well furnished, and has everything you need. The Host is fantastic. Excellent communications and the check-in and check-out process is very easy. I would definitely book this property again.”

“The place was nice and clean w basic amenities. However, description said it is a 4 minutes walk to the slope resorts, but it is a 4 mins DRIVE and probably 20-25 mins walk. It is still nice to be closeby. Also, it is on the lower level so sometimes you can hear footsteps from upstairs. Overall, a nice and clean place to stay. ”

“Property was nice and clean However the hot water only lasted about 2 mins. Water went cold during showers some times my kids were not able to shower because it was too cold and temps were in the 30s extremely inconvenient to not have hot water in the winter”

“It was even better than what I was expecting. Everything was perfect except for the WiFi being down while we were there. Cellular still worked well on our phones and having DirectTv was brilliant given the fact it does not need WiFi. The communication details for checking in and checking out were extremely difficult to find, there’s no heads-up about what email address the confirmation is coming from, and the toll free number to call took me around in circles, left me on hold for a long time……
