The hot water took forever to become warm and never got really hot. The ice machine is open for people to get the ice out with their hands if they wanted or whatever (not a sanitary ice machine.) However, there was a lot of construction plastic on the first floor, but no construction was being conducted at the time, making the hallway very dark compared to the second floor, where it was very well lit and bright in the hallway. We get poolside rooms, because they are all 1st floor, ocean side can be 2nd floor (no elevator).You literally walk through a breeze way and your on the beach. Staff are friendly, restaurants are in walking distance and pool is kept clean. We highly recommend!”
