“Breakfast was good, bar had what we needed”

“We’ve stayed here several times. Excellent location. Excellent staff. Overall a bit dated in the bathrooms. ”

“The coffee nook was well maintained. We enjoyed making a quick cup of coffee every morning before starting the day.”

“The stay started badly. The room was full of fruit flies. I told the staff about it on my way out to dinner, i was told they would take care of it. Came back to the room after 12 and the flies were still in there. They were surrounding outside of the room door as well. I called customer service and responded immediately. This was arround 1:45am. He came and helpef move us to another room. Around 7am i got up to use the restroom and there was a roach on the bathroom flloor and no hot water for……

“This hotel sits on the waterfront in Charleston and has a lovely roof bar. It’s @ 1-2 miles from downtown. We loved staying here.”

“Good location and close to waterfront. The breakfast was good and had a variety of hot as well as cold items. Coffee available anytime. Parking garage is nearby and well lit. We had a clogged shower and a heat issue. The maintenance guy was there in minutes. The room was cleaned daily and well done. Having allergies I was alert to this. Staff were always helpful and pleasant to deal with. I’d stay there again. 😊”
