Spacious, clean, quiet rooms with luxurious linens and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows.The bathroom was also tops with thick soft towels and the best smelling lotion and wash/soap but most importantly, the water pressure was amazing! Turndown service each night, with bottled water and fresh chocolate chip cookies, so yummy. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. “The Richemont is a lovely hotel with well appointed rooms tucked into a side street near bustling shops & restaurants and the College of Charleston. It feels like a gem of a European hotel with excellent service and a relaxed vibe.”

“Extremely clean and comfortable! The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is I wish the website mentioned each room has a unique scent. I have a fragrance allergy and didn't see that about the scents until at the airport reading the check in material that was sent to me right before our stay (this material was well thought out and great!). You can buy candles in the scent of each room if you'd like, which is something that others probably really like. I called and they removed a diffuser or air……

“This is a lovely hotel/inn. The great location and polite staff made our stay very comfortable. The room was tasteful and clean, the breakfast as well as the complimentary wine and cheese were served in the pretty fourth floor solarium. We really enjoyed a feeling of luxuriousness but also quaintness during our stay here. ”
